How to implement Fuzzy PID using Simulink and FIS editor. Please try to be as simple as possible in your answers.

Hello friends, please help me. I want to use Fuzzy PID (FPID) for controlling my process. I am using Fuzzy PD in parallel with my integral block to implement complete FPID logic. Can someone suggest me any type of help in this topic. Please note that try to be little simple because I am not a pro in Matlab.
