how to download image acquisition toolbox trial from matlab central..???since they after registration dat dey will contact me in 3 days..and d day never comes

I don't understand your English. Are you saying that you asked for a trial and they said that they would contact you but they never did? Well, call them on the phone and ask them "in person".

You can only be given a trial from a sales representative and is not available for download from matlab central. Make sure you give your information and request to be contacted. If you are not in the united states, contact the local office or distributor here:
http://www.mathworks.com/company/worldwide/
