How to change a part of a string particularly part of a folder and a file address?

I want to change a part of a address in a loop...what is the simplest way for doing it?!

fileDImax=fopen('1\1\data\ParkAngDImax11.txt','w+');
fileDImax=fopen('1\1\data\ParkAngDImax21.txt','w+');

fileDImax=fopen('1\2\data\ParkAngDImax11.txt','w+');
