How to find the located points after smoothing the data? (See Figure)

As you can see, the data is very noisy. 1. What is the best and faster way to smooth the above data? 2. How to find those two points which are shown in red color?

Please suggest me the faster way as I have to process thousands of such profiles.

Thomas, Thanks for answering. But, I do not have curve fitting toolbox to use these smooth function / Savitzky-Golay Filtering.
