build a file exe for file .m linked to a file simulink

Hi everyone, I have a question and i hope you can help me about it, please. I'm trying to create a file .exe from my project in Matlab/Simulink. My project have many files .m and also .mdl. Now, I need to construct a file .exe from them and using GUI Matlab. I tried to create a simple project in deploytool with .m file, and it's ok, but when i tried to test with my .m file that linked to a simulink file, i cannot resolve it? May you tell me somes guides to do it, please? I'm using matlab 2010a version for student. Best regards
