Compare signals of varying sampling rates

Hey all,

I have two signals. Signal A is a 10 Hz speed signal. Signal B is the same speed signal except that it is logged from another sensor at an unknown variable sampling rate(at some parts of the signal data seems to be logged much faster than Signal A). This was due to an error in the system. I now have to use signal A as a basis and reconstruct signal B in the time domain. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can do this?
