 I have a an input matrix X [231x7] and  a weight matrix;w [231x1]. Please help me to code that would calculate the output according to the formula

where x is the mean if input vector x.

x = mean(X(:));
exponent = (-1/0.08) * (X-x) * ......you can do the rest, I'm sure
