What does the percentages of each frequency mean in the fft tool analysis GUI?

Hi all,
Does the percentage mean THD? So the magnitude of each frequency component can not be calculated by just timing the percentage with the magnitude of the fundamental frequency?
What to do if I want to know the magnitude of each component? Thanks!
