How to set the starting point of a resizable rectangle using the imrect function

Hello,

I am trying to fix the starting point of a resizable rectangle. I am using the imrect function, and I want to set the first position as a constant, and allow the user to move any of the other points while keeping the first position in place. Is there any way to do this?
