"Formalize" an app to commercialize it

I made an app firstly for personal use but i now want to give it to a company. What should i do to "formalize" it and certify its quality and reliability ?

Test it!
Seriously... Test it with different uses on different platforms. Verify that it works on any release that you claim it will work on.
