I am trying to implement the blocks in the paper titled " USING SIMULINK AND MATLAB FOR REAL-TIME ECG SIGNAL PROCESSING". How to model the Blocks " stop250" and "Maximum".

Ram: That is no help at all. You will need to describe what the function of the blocks ought to be.
