i want to know the code of the under given inputs and outputs ANN problem

my inputs are a=500 b=2500 c=340 and i want output should be target=22 ..and what hapeens if i change then my input little bit.....by using ANN tool box of matlab

Neural Networks are used to represent functions that are described by a sufficient number of examples of input/target data. If the data and design are sufficient, the net should yield accurate outputs for unknown data with similar input characteristics.
