How can I bind more than one email address to my MathWorks account?

I would like to bind two email addresses to my MathWorks account: my usual e-mail address and my Institute e-mail address that I have to use to get a MATLAB license. How can I do so? I don't want to change usual e-mail address that I use to sign in into my MathWorks account.
