Running a model within the boundaries of a figure.

Hi everyone,

I've tried googling this, but I guess I'm not using the right search terms. Could anyone tell me what toolbox I need to use in order to run a model within the boundaries of a figure that I draw? The model in question is a simple drift diffusion model, but I'd like to see how the model runs when I run it in non-square environments.
