size of the text in matlab

i have installed matlabr2013a(8.1) on my laptop but the size of the text is so small. i can't read it easily. i try view tab to find some zoom in/out button but they were not any,where is the button for maximizing text? i also read some where that may be ctrl+ would work,but it did n't

In case of MS Windows:

The Ctrl+/- command works in the Help documentation. The settings for fonts can be found at Home tab >> Preferences (in the Environment section ) >> Fonts
