How to build an mppt controller of a wind turbine using the p&o method?

I'm trying to build an mppt controller of a wind turbine in simulink using the p&o method but i haven't made anything that works properly so far.The mppt controller will give pulse to the igbt of a DC-DC converter.Can anyone who has worked with this method before give me any help?
