Hi!! I have a lot of ECG matlab data files I want to analyse but the program I'm using only accepts ASCII or MIT files, how can I convert them efficiently?
I tried to use
save('file.txt','filename','-ascii');
for one of them but it didn't work, it says "Unknown text on line number 1 of ASCII file filename'.
Thank you in advance for any help

save -ascii adds a comment.
These days, I suggest you use writematrix() with appropriate delimiter set.
If your MATLAB does not have writematrix() then dlmwrite() works. Remember to set the precision parameter as needed.
