Why cannot MATLAB load file from path?

This does this happen? Am I too tired after a whole day and miss something super obvious? This happens too often

Did you save the path after updating?

Or rehash?

While it looks the same, did you compare the E1 is E1 or El correctly spelled?

Or, try fullfile()?

One of those is bound to work... :)
