prony method code for signal analysis

can you help me to do an program of prony method for signal analysis to find out the damping factor, amplitude, frequency and phase of the signal.

A while ago, someone made reference to a "prony toolbox". That is not Mathworks code, but you might be able to find it by searching the web.
