How can i change one of the block's start time of the model in simulink?

Hi everybody I make a model in simulink. I want to be diffrent the start time of the one block from the other. For example: The start time of the Scope is 1 but the start time of the other blocks are 0. How can i do it?Do i Write command in the callback's block? Please guide me. Regards
