Are you referring to the method described here in the following article? http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0031320306001841
If so, I would suggest you to carefully read it, try to understand it and start to code it step by step. Then, if you run into more specific problems, I am sure people are willing to help.
Because I don't think you will find someone here that has the time to go through the paper, understand the algorithm and code it in Maltab for you. Except of course if an implementation already exists.
