Executing startup failed in matlabrc C:\vlfeat-0.9.16\toolbox\vl_setup not found.

Hi: I am installing Matlab 2011a in a WinXP virtual machine. When I start up Matlab for the first time, I get this error:
*Warning: Executing startup failed in matlabrc. This indicates a potentially serious problem in your MATLAB setup, which should be resolved as soon as possible. Error detected was: MATLAB:run:FileNotFound C:\vlfeat-0.9.16\toolbox\vl_setup not found. > In matlabrc at 225*
If I attempt to ignore this and go ahead and compile an executable, that executable fails to run with the error "C:\vlfeat-0.9.16\toolbox\vl_setup not found". So I guess I can't ignore this error!
How can I fix this? Is there some place where I can download this file?
Thanks for your help!

I have no idea what vlfeat is/does but Google gave this vlfeat. The latest version is indicated as vlfeat-0.9.17.

Hi: I was able to download vlfeat 0.9.16 from here: http://www.vlfeat.org/download/
Unzipping the archive and placing it in the path expected by Matlab resolved the problem.
Thanks!
