Possibility of Implementing Fault tolerant scheduling (in uniprocessor / Multi core) in mat lab

I am currently working in Fault tolerant scheduling in uni / multicore processor. Is there any possibility to do my work in MATLAB.

Of course any problem, which can be defined as a recursive program (does not mean "recursive functions") can be solved by Matlab. The question is how many work is required to use the existing toolboxes for your specific work. But without knowing any details, this question cannot be answered.

i try to create 10 tasksets, each tasksets with at least 10 tasks. how can we create it with matlab.
