I want to add noises in an image so that the resulting PSNR becomes 10dB or 30 dB?

How can I add noise of specified PSNR to an image?

You can try using the "awgn" function. http://www.mathworks.com/help/comm/ref/awgn.html?searchHighlight=awgn
