How can I create a link to the Table of Contents in Matlab Report Generator?

Hello, I am working on creating a report using Matlab's Report Generator, and I was curious if it is possible to create a link back to the Table of Contents in PDF report. Also is it possible to add the link to the header and/or footer of the report? I'm currently using Matlab R2013b.
