Given n, you should return an n-by-n unit matrix.
Example:
If input is n=2 then
 A = [ 1 0 
       0 1 ]
If input is n=4 then
 A = [ 1 0 0 0
       0 1 0 0
       0 0 1 0 
       0 0 0 1 ]
