Given the frequency F of a photon in giga hertz.
Find energy E of this photon in giga electron volts.
Assume h, Planck's constant is about 4 femto electron-volt-second.
To maximize benefits, it may help not looking at the Test Suite before trying any solution!

The test suite is just silly/broken.
I agree. I think the test suite needs to be modified.
it looks fine to me (it sets some bounds without giving away the actual value, perhaps I am missing something?)
good
Improve the test suite..
The top solutions are not even solving the actual problem.
Test suite is very badly made. And the problem is pointless. I hope people who post problems think a little a bit before creating a new problem.
Test Suite needs major improvement. This problem requires way too much research on the part of the user.
Either this should be moved out of the Cody easy section or specific variables should be standardized and provided to the user.
Cannot say enough about how lacking the test suite is.
