This function plot an involute sector of given color with the following inputs.
BaseRadius = Base circle radius
Increament = Increment in radius after one revolution
str_ang = Starting angle of curve
stop_ang = Stop angle of curve
Color = Color for the curve
Hold = If you want to overlay new plot on previous one then type '1' otherwise leave it.
