Glucose-induced insulin release rate

This Matlab script computes the release of insulin from pancreatic betta cells stimulated by glucose after being absorbed by the same cells.
This code is used to plot the graph of the rate of insulin release (ng/l/min) with its corresponding glucose stimulation which is a positive ramp function depending on Jaffrin's R model ( Analysis of Ultrafiltration and Mass Transfer in a Bioartificial Pancreas, Journal of Biomechanical Engineering, 1988).
