8Node - 24 Dof Hexahedral Solid F.e.m (Low-Order)
20Node- 60 Dof Hexahedral Solid F.e.m
32Node- 96 Dof Hexahedral Solid F.e.m (High-Order)
64Node- 192Dof Hexahedral Solid F.e.m
Generally applications use the low-order degree solid elements models.
Because element is nodes very high and system model or element f.e.m application very complex. For example; We assume the system model of 5x5 mesh and use the analysis 8Node-24Dof solid element f.e.m. This motion, system model has total degree of freedom is 5*5*24=600 , element note position matrix is size 5*5*8=200 terms.If this system model has position,element node coordinates or etc.. write code of the handle than I think possible very big errors.
Whereupon I had improve this Matlab analysis program for Automatic Mesh Function (three dimensional) and Automatic Node Coordinates modules and additional stress analysis of graphical interface.
