The code takes in oscillatory stress and strain input data and computes complex modulus as a function of time using Gabor transform. The rheometer currently calculates temporal response of complex modulus from a piecewise analysis of discrete consecutive sinusoidal segments which leads to errors in the processed data especially in rapidly changing materials. Therefore, using the Gabor transform techniques which uses temporally localized Gaussian window in conjunction with a Fourier transform, we obtaine accurate time and frequency resolution of complex modulus.
Also, this code can be used as a processing technique for computational rheology and coarse grain siimulations and other

How to use the code:
1. Please input your text file name in line 178
2. Please change the columns of time, stress, and strain in line 196, 197, and 198 according to you file format.
3. Please change the frequency in line 12 according to your input frequency.
Outputs:
  1. It saves a video of computation see line 117.
  2. It outputs the storage and loss modulus as a function of time.
