This Live Script automates batch image processing of lateral flow assay (LFA) image files and data analysis for standard curve generation and limit of detection (LoD) calculation. In the current format, this code can be used for batch analysis of sandwich lateral flow immunoassays having a single test and control line. Link to supporting document
