LabRPS is a free open source computer tool for the numerical simulation of various random phenomena such as random wind velocity, seismic ground motion, sea surface elevation, etc. This code simulates multivariate stochastic wind velocity processes according to G. Deodatis, 1996 (Simulation of Ergodic Multivariate Stochastic Processes). To run this code, you need to install LabRPS on your machine. LabRPS can be downloaded from https://github.com/LabRPS/LabRPS/releases/tag/0.1rc2 . Download the file "LabRPS-0.1.0RC2-WIN-x64-installer-2.exe". After LabRPS is installed, these two paths must be updated according to where LabRPS is installed on your machine (D:\RPS\Build\bin\python.exe and D:/RPS/Build/bin).
