Four enhancement strategies were proposed based on Parrot Optimization (PO): circular chaotic mapping strategy, novel social communication strategy, FRR-OBL learning based on fused light refraction opposition, and novel reproductive behavior strategy. Based on these improvement strategies, a multi strategy improved parrot optimization (MPO) is proposed.
