Synthetic ECG signal

Generation of simple synthetic ECG signals.

Generate simple synthetic ECG signals for given time vectors, without baseline wander and assuming heart rate equal to 1 Hz, according to the mathematical model described in:

This function also allows for obtaining the first derivative of the generated signal.
