Circular interferometer using butler matrix

Given inputs frequency (in Hz), radius (in meters), angle; creates a uniform circular interferometer & generates Butler Matrix direction finding modes based on phase wrap information. Currently using 'phased.UCA' to create uniform circular array, but only for graphical purposes. Butler matrix modes are calculated based on fixed N=8 sensor elements, uniformly spaced in R meters radius. AoA resolution currently at 1-degree increment. Assumes a narrowband signal collector.
