3D Solar System

An interactive 3D orbital simulator with real-time speed control, smart distance scaling, and physics-based animations.

This project is a user-friendly 3D simulator of the Solar System built using MATLAB App Designer. It features an interactive "Mission Control" panel where you can use a "Warp Speed" slider to speed up or slow down the planets in real-time. The simulation uses a special scaling method so that all planets, from Mercury to Neptune, are clearly visible on the screen at once without being too far apart. With a simple "Engage" button, you can start the animation to watch the planets orbit the Sun at their correct relative speeds.
