LIPRAS is an open-source, graphical user interface (GUI) application designed for the least-squares fitting of Bragg peaks in powder diffraction data. While it is not a full-scale structural Rietveld refinement engine (which optimizes atomic positions and lattice parameters directly), it is widely used to perform the critical preliminary phase: individual and sequential line-profile (peak) fitting.
