Just like eigenshuffle.m here (http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/29463) i thought to do rootshuffle.m to order a matrix of eigenvalues or roots of a polynomial or of another function. This function requires in input a matrix nxp where p are the number of roots of the polynomial and n the number of times you calculated them. The output is the same matrix ordered.
