The motion of a bead on a rotating hoop is simulated. A bead is sliding on a hoop rotating at certain angular frequency. It is interesting to study the motion of the bead.The equation of motion is nonlinear and is solved using ODE45 of the MATLAB. By changing the values in the code the interesting aspects in the motion of the bead can be studied.
