This simulation is based on the point source solution to the photon diffusion equation. Please cite:http://www.comsol.com/community/exchange/197/
if you use it. You could download our FEM models to use for forward simulation or photon diffusion in human prostate. We are doing calculations to optimize our endorectal probe being developed for prostate cancer response monitoring during radiotherapy.
