2-D adaptive noise-removal filtering
WIENERC modifies the WIENER2 function from the MATLAB image toolbox to provide proper noise estimation (assuming additive Gaussian noise)
Four noise methods implemented:
-Mode of local variance (recommended)
-Median of local variance
-Minimum of local variance
-Median absolute deviation based.
Methods proposed in:
