DICOM to NIfTI converter
Simple DICOM to NIfTI converter. Gradient table for DTI files is also created.

dicom2nifti converts DICOM files to NIfTI format and creates the gradient table for DTI files.
For DTI files, two tables are generated: the original gradient table (in scanner coordinates) and the rotated gradient table (in patient coordinates).
Specific gradient directions and/or slices can be eliminated.
dicom2nifti has been tested with DICOM files from Philips Achieva 3T R2.6.
