Implementation of the Bootstrap-t procedure to obtain confidence intervals on time-series data
The Bootstrap is a powerful technique that can be used to obtain confidence intervals of a data set; however, doing so over time-series data is not straight-forward. Here, I present an implementation of the Bootstrap-t procedure in biomechanics with sample data from knee sagittal plane angles.
