Generates a confusion matrix for consonant identification task

This script was written to generate confusion matrices for consonant identification. The input to the program should be an excel file with
stimuli presented in each trial as one column and response for the
corresponding stimuli in the other. once that is done just select
everything in the program in run. If the excel file extension in your
office suite program is .xlsx, please change .xls to .xlsx in lines 11 &
12. Also enter the number of phonemes used in the consonant
identification task when prompted.
