Complex Envelope <--> Real on Carrier

Bandpass signals are most conveniently represented using Complex Envelope notation. Sometimes, it is necessary to convert this to a Real signal on an explicit Carrier; and to convert back to Complex Envelope.
I did not find Matlab files to do this, so wrote some. There are several variations on the details. I chose to use the notation from the Appendix to: VanTrees, Harry L.; “Detection, Estimation, and Modulation Theory, Part III Radar/Sonar Signal Processing and Gaussian Signals in Noise; 1971; John Wiley & Sons.
