Extracting and counting peak points in a vector specifically for cyclic loading. For example, you have recorded cyclic load during experiment or numerical simulation, with this code, you can extract peak points and count cycles. It also plots vector and extracted peak points. The extracted peak points will be saved in cycle vector.
