2nd derivative of tanh(k(x-1)) numerically using 4th order compact finite difference method
2nd derivative of f=tanh(k(x-1)) in the domain (0,5) using 3 point compact symmetric stencil for the interior points and one sided explicit stencil for the boundary points. Here, matrix method was used.
