Scripts to efficiently calculate sample entropy in both native Matlab and in c (using MEX). Further information can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sample_entropy.
The matlab-version is approx. 2x as fast as a previous implementation. The c-version approx. 10x as fast.
