Vectorized "polyval" for polynomials represented by columns of a matrix Z (usually produced by POLYFIC).

Demo:
let x = a vector of length N:

DAT=polyvac(Z,x)

produces matrix DAT, so that

DAT(:,i)=polyval(Z(:,i),x(:));

Up to 10 times inctreased speed in comparison to nonvectorized version.
